2 lbs Cabbage, shredded or chopped
1 cup Onions, chopped
1 cup Mixed Peppers, sweet and 1 poblano
1 cup Carrots, chopped
1 cup Frozen Kernal Corn
1 can (10.75 oz) Tomato Soup
1 can (14.5oz) Diced Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper (to taste)
1 tsp Smoked Paprica
1 tsp Garlic, granulated
4 dashes of Cyanne Pepper powder (optional)


How Do I Make Smoked Ham and Cabbage?

Here is how you make Smoked Ham and Cabbage:

In a large, deep skillet, over med heat, add small amount of olive oil or cooking spray. Add onions, peppers and carrots. Cover and sautee for 10 min. While that is cooking, shredd cabbage and cube ham into 1/4 or 1/2 inch cubes. Stir ham, shredded cabbage and spices into sauteed vegies. Cover and remain cooking until cabbage cooks down about half way or there is room for the rest of the ingredients. Stir in soup, corn and diced tomatoes.
