Italian Cabbage Rolls

1 lb Ground Turkey
1 cup Wild Rice - cooked
6 cloves Fresh Garlic - minced
1 small Onion - minced
3 Tb Lousiana Hot Sauce
6-8 pieces of Sun Dried Tomatoes
2 cups Tomato Basil Soup
1 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 Lg Head of Fresh Cabbage.

In a skillet saute your onions and garlic until clear.

In a large bowl combine the ground turkey, cooked rice, sauted onions and garlic, and all other ingredients (except soup).

Fill a large pot with water, just enough to cover the head of cabbage. Bring the water to a boil. Add head of cabbage that has been cored, washed and outer two leaves have been removed. Spray 2 large baking dishes with a pan spray. Begin to separate the leaves 2 -3 at a time and place them in the baking dish. Add turkey mixture to leaves and fold over one side, then the ends and close by folding over the final side. Continue in this manner until the dishes are filled. Top with the Soup and cover with foil. Pierce the foil for steam vents. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 35 more minutes.
