Here is how you make Cooked Cabbage:

1. Cut cabbage head up into strip/piece size preferred.2. Heat EVOO in Cast Iron (my favorite) pan for less approximately a minute.3. Place cabbage strips in EVOO and allow to be fully coated - stir constantly for about 2 minutes.4. Pour in water. - Our family likes to have juice so I place a bit of extra water. - If less juice wanted - simply reduce water. 5. Reduce heat.6. Cook until tender.
