2 c finely chopped onions
1 pkg Knorr's Veg Soup MIx
2 tsp (or to taste) Frank's Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp dill
salt & pepper to taste

For Boiling:
3 grated carrots
1/4 c peppercorns
1/4 c whole cloves

Here is how you make Jul's Cabbage Rolls:

Steam cabbage until pliable.Saute onions until soft.In large bowl mix meat, onions, soup mix & seasonings.Roll meat mixture into the cabbage making sure they are tight.In a large soup pot place a layer of leftover or ripped cabbage. Layer cabbage rolls with grated carrors, peppercorns and cloves.Cover with water and bring to a rolling boil.
