10 minute success boil in bag white rice, 4 cup

*Hunt?s Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 6 cup
*sweet cherry peppers, 7 serving ( 1 jar) or hot cherry peppers
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

Here is how you make Ladyginger's healthy cabbage rolls:

First you will need to steam the cabbage to soften the leafs so you can pull them off in one piece while still alittle firm. Save the core and center of cabbage head about the size of a soft ball.( you will chop the core and cabbage into very small pieces to add into mix)Chop garlic and onions into small pieces.Set leafs aside to cool while you cook ground turkey in frying pan with onion and garlic til cooked through and onion and garlic are tender. then drain.Cook boil in the bag rice as directed on box.When ground turkey and rice are done, you will need a very large bowl to mix the filling for the cabbage leafs in. You will also need a large bowl to mix tomato sauce and diced tomatoes in with seasoning. (Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.)For the mix add turkey, rice, half the juice from pepper jar, 1 tsp of Italian seasoning with chopped cabbage and mix thoroughly with 2 cups of tomato sauce.Scoop enough mix into a cabbage leaf to fill, ( about 1/2 to 1 cup) then fold sides of leaf and then roll.Place cabbage roll into a baking dish with sides with the roll facing down so it will not come unrolled.Continue to do this til all rolls are done.If you have left over meat mixture add it to the sauce mix, then pour over rolls til covered and add cherry peppers in between rolls.Cook rolls covered for about 3 hours til leaf is tender.serve with salad and bread. Serving Size:?makes about 8 -10 servings about 2 - 3 rolls each
