Boil cabbage until slightly tender (about 20 minutes). Brown beef with onion. Drain cabbage and add in with beef mix. Add tomatoes and sauce, seasonings and rice stirring well to incorporate all ingredients. May need to add some water if it doesn't seem wet enough for the rice.
