Here is how you make TJ's Cabbage Rolls:

Place the Cabbage leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes and then remove and set aside. Mix Turkey and Hamburger and Brown in Large Skillet. Drain fat. Add to mixing bowl with cornflakes, black pepper, ketchup, garlic powder. Now add about a quarter to a half cup of meat mixture and wrap inside a cabbage leaf. Place back in skillet seam side down.
