Boil the cabbage head for 15 minutes. Fry the bacon and onion. In a large bowl mix the rice, bacon, and onion. Separate the cabbage leaves. Put a small amount of rice mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll up like a tortilla or wrap. Place tightly in foil pans and bake covered for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
