1 Tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat


How Do I Make Steak and Cabbage Fajita?

Here is how you make Steak and Cabbage Fajita:

Spray a cold saute pan with Pam, add sliced onions and start to saute once pan is heated on medium to medium-high. When onions begin to brown on the edges and soften, add steak strips. Continue to saute...once meat is heated through, reduce the heat to low to medium and add the cabbage and garlic. Continue to heat and toss everything together...while this is cooking, spread cheese on the tortilla and heat in microwave for 25 seconds.Once the cabbage is wilted and well mixed with other ingredients, add to the tortilla and top with sour cream and salsa.This is one VERY large serving.
