There is no need for added oil/fat, as the turkey will cook well in its own juices. Once cooked remove turkey from pan and set aside. Deglaze the pan in which you just cooked the turkey with the beef broth, vigorously scrapping the bottom and sides. Set this aside. Separately chop cabbage into small pieces, chop onions, mince garlic and chop peppers to desired "heat," if you like spicy.Next, combine all of the above ingredients, plus the remaining unused ingredients listed thoroughly in a 9 x 13 " casserole dish. Note: rice must be "uncooked" and only requires 1/2 cup portion as it will absorb and triple in volume.Bake at 350 degress until cabbage is soft and all liquid is absorbed, approximately 2 hours.
