Here is how you make Tiffany's Vegetarian Lazy Daisy Cabbage Rolls:

Wash the rice thoroughly, place in a pot and fill with just enough water to cover the rice. Add a bay leaf or two and some salt and pepper and turn burner on high. As soon as the water starts to bubble, take the rice off the heat - this is important so the rice doesn't get mushy after you have cooked the casserole.
