1 1/2 1% Non fat Milk
1T Vanilla Extract

2T Granulated Sugar mixed with Splenda to taste
1/2c Water

Frosting:
1 1/4c Confectioners Powdered Sugar
2 t Powdered Green Tea
2 T Butter
1- 3 oz Package Low Fat Cream Cheese
1t Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 t 1% Milk

Here is how you make Japanese Adzuki and Matcha Green Tea Cake:

Preparation:1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F2. Grease and flour 2 - 9 inch round pans (Option: Use Pam or a non-stick spray)3. Set out the butter and cream cheese to soften to room temperature Cake:1. Sift together the all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking soda, salt, and green tea powder and set aside.2. Add eggs, Splenda and oil to a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth. 3. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. 4. Gradually stir in the flour mixture, alternately it with the yogurt. Lightly mix until it is blended. 5. Pour half of the batter into each of the prepared pans.6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. * The cake is done when a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake will come out clean. 7. When the cakes are ready, place the pans on a wire rack and let the completely cool before assembly.Adzuki Filling:1. While the cake is baking, rinse the beans and pour them into a medium sauce pan.2. Add the water and sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat.3. Lower the heat and cook until the beans are softened. 4. Remove from the heat. Using a potato masher, smash the beans coarsely.5. Return to the heat to finish cooking. 6. Cook and stir often, until it thickens into a paste-like consistency. 7. Taste. Sweeten to taste and allow the beans too cool completely before assembly.Green Tea Frosting1. Sift together confectioners' sugar and green tea powder. 2. In a medium bowl, combine tea mixture with butter, cream cheese, vanilla and milk. 3. Using an electric mixer, beat on High until smooth.Assembling the Cake1. Remove the cooled cakes from their pans.2. Set one layer on a cake platter. 3.
