Here is how you make home made Calzones:

Take bread out of Freezer at least 4 hours before starting. Let sit in a warm spot to thaw and raise. Brown ground beef, drain if needed. Add in onions, peppers and mushrooms and cook till done. set aside. Roll out dough. I like to cut the loaf in half and only work with half at a time. Make sure its about 12-18" long. Place half of meet mixture on dough. Place about 4-8 oz of cheese on top. Pull sides up and pinch to close the top. Place on greased cookie sheet. Do same thing with other part of loaf.
