1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage (sage) - cooked
10 eggs, beaten
3 C milk
2 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp salt
6 C cubed bread (sliced sourdough)
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 C sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 C sliced mushrooms
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 C sliced green onions


How Do I Make Breakfast Casserole?

Here is how you make Breakfast Casserole:

Preheat oven to 350. Combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir well. Butter a 9x13 baking dish. Layer half the bread cubes, sprinkle half of the pepper, half of the cheese, half of the sausage and half of the mushrooms, tomatoes and green onions. Repeat layering.
