Cook rice in 1 1/2 cups of water until tender - add more water if required.While rice cooks, brown ground turkey in a large non stick pot. Add finely chopped onion and garlic. Add thyme and paprika.Stir in tomato sauce and wine. Simmer for 15 minutes.
