Here is how you make Creamy Cordon Bleu Casserole:

In a large bowl combine chicken, ham, and cheese. Set aside. Saute onion in olive oil until tender. Add flour, stir to form a paste. Gradually add half and half, stirring constantly, until simmering and starting to thicken. Add dill, mustard, and nutmeg. Remove from heat and pour over meat mixture. Cube bread into "crouton" sized pieces. Toss wit melted butter, dill, and cheese to form topping. Spoon meat mixture into pan, then sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees fro 45 minutes, or until it is bubbly and the bread is getting crunchy. Serving Size:?Makes 1 9x13 pan - 8 servings
