How Do I Make Jim's Enchilada Casserole?

Here is how you make Jim's Enchilada Casserole:

Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet brown meat, onions and green peppers. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, seasoning and kidney beans. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Cover the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with meat sauce. Top with half the tortilla strips, meat sauce & cheese; repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and let rest for about 15 minutes before serving. Cut into 20 slices.
