How Do I Make Adult (Low Fat) Version of Tater Tot Casserole?

Here is how you make Adult (Low Fat) Version of Tater Tot Casserole:

First you will need to brown the turkey, and add seasonings to taste (I like garlic salt and pepper). You will also need to skin and slice the two potatoes, and cook them in the microwave for about five minutes until they start to get soft. After the turkey has been browned, layer the turkey on the bottom of a 9x9 glass pan. Then, on top of the turkey, layer in the can of yellow corn. On top of the corn, layer the cream of mushroom soup (still condensed from the can, no need to add water). Finally, layer the potatoes on top. Place the pan in the oven at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, sprinkle all the cheese on top. Let cook another 5 minutes or so, or until the cheese is fully melted.Let cool, serve, and enjoy! Should make about 4 servings.
