Saute onions, bell pepper and celery in 2 Tablespoons pf butter until veggies are soft. Add flour and mix to coat veggies very well. Add milk and cottage cheese, bringing to a boil, stirring to thicken sauce. Add ham and noodles, stir to mix well. Pour into a Pam sprayed casserole dish.
