Here is how you make Healthy Hungarian Casserole:

Prepare package of Turkey Bacon according to package direction. Generally I microwave it on plate in the microwave, doing several pieces at a time. Once cooked, chop to bite size pieces. Prepare pasta according to package direction. Drain. Return drained pasta in pasta pot, back to the stove top. Add sour cream, cottage cheese & turkey bacon to the pasta and stir continually over low heat until cheese is melted. Add salt & pepper to taste.
