DIR: I brown my turkey in the soy & worcestershire sauces, until fully cooked. Drain off grease. Stir in cooked rice to the meat, add remaining ingredients and cook for about 20-30 minutes on a low-med heat. Makes 4 1-1.5 servings I wrap mine up in a flour tortilla, and eat like a burrito.
