1 small (8 3/4 oz) can corn

1/2 cup macaroni
1 cup 2% mexican blend cheese

Here is how you make Mexi-mac casserole:

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.Brown ground beef. Add seasoning, tomato sauce, tomatoes (if whole, cut up), corn and add salt to taste. Bring to a boil, then cook down on medium heat until there is little liquid left and the mixture is more of a casserole consistency, about 10-15 minutes. Add macaroni and cook a few minutes longer.Pour mixture into a 9x9 casserole dish and top evenly with cheese.
