1 pkg taco seasoning
1/4 cup dry white wine
3/4 lb mozzarella cheese, grated

How Do I Make Lean Nacho Casserole?

Here is how you make Lean Nacho Casserole:

In large skillet saute onion and garlic until lightly browned. Add ground chicken and cook until crumbly and lightly browned. Drain. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Add wine and simmer another 5 minutes. Spread refried beans in the bottom of an 9 X 13 pan. Cover with turkey mixture. Top with cheese and olives.
