1 pound of ham diced
1 can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 onion diced
8 small potatos peeled and sliced thin
1 cup of skim milk
1 cup of Kraft 4 cheese italian blend (or any cheese)
1 - 1 1/2 Tsp of Emerils Essence
1/4 cup of crushed corn flakes
PAM Cooking Spray


How Do I Make Kicked Up a Notch Ham and Potato Casserole?

Here is how you make Kicked Up a Notch Ham and Potato Casserole:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a small bowl mix together the soup and the milk. Add the seasonings.3. Prepare a deep dish casserole with nonstick spray.4. Loosely place a layer of peeled and sliced potatoes on the bottom. Next a layer of diced onions, then a layer of ham, then a layer of soup mixture, and continue layerings until all ingredients are used ending with the soup. (Should be 3 layers)5. Bake in hot oven 50 - 60 minutes until heated through and bubbly and slightly brown on top. Check the potatoes are cooked through. After 50 minutes top with grated cheese and return to the oven.
