First, combine the 1/2 cup sour cream with the TS Garlic Garlic, and set aside. In a large bowl, mix the Campbell's mushroom soup and the mixture above. Then add the potatoes and 3/4 cup cheese. Brown both sides of the pork chops in the tbsp. of oil in a skillet. Put the potatoes and soup mixture in a greased 9 X 13 pan, and lay the browned pork chops on top.
