2 Cans Tomato Soup
1 8 oz. block Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (or to taste)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic to taste

Here is how you make Rotini Casserole:

Precook and rinse your pasta and set onto the side.Brown your ground beef completely and then when cooked through drain off the excess grease and return pan to the stove. Then Salt, Pepper and Garlic to taste. Saute together the Ground Beef, Chopped Onion and Chopped Green Pepper until onions are almost soft (about 4 minutes). Set pan aside.In a large sauce pan, pour in your 2 Cans Tomato Soup, and crumble the Cream Cheese into the soup. Heat on medium to medium high heat to completely melt the Cream Cheese. Add Worcestershire Sauce.Combine your Ground Beef, Onion and Green Pepper Mixture with your soup in the large sauce pan.In a high wall 9 x 13 pan combine the pasta with your Soup mixture.
