3 lbs. Potatoes. More for bigger group. Cooked tender.

1 bunch of Kale. Chopped into bite-size pieces. Large stems removed. Steamed tender.

1 Metwurst (German sausage) or substitue with Polish Sausage. Boiled 10 min. in potatoe pot.

Here is how you make Kale,Potatoe, and Metwurst Sausage Casserole:

Cook potatoes in a large cooking pot. Cook till tender. ( I like Red-Skins, so I don't have to peel them). Add metwurst to the potatoe pot for last 10 min. of cooking. Remove metwurst to seperat plateand cut into bite sized pieces. Drain and mash the potatoes, then place them in large casserole bowl.Drain the kale dry and mix into the potatoe mixture.
