2 cups vertically sliced onion (about 1)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled ff feta cheese
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded ff mozzarella cheese
