Cook meat, onion, pepper and garlic in large skillet until meat is browned. Drain fat/ Stir in spaghetti sauce. Combine noodles, parmesan cheese, eggs and butter in large bowel and mix well. Place in bottom of 13x9 baking pan - sprayed with cooking spray. Spread cottage cheese over the noodles. Cover with sauce mixture. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
