Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup

Nutmeg, ground,1/8 tbsp
Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
Ground Turkey, 1 lb

Here is how you make Spinach Casserole:

Thaw the spinach. Run hot water over it and place it in a strainer. Press out all the liquid. Let it sit while you fix the meat.Brown the turnkey in a skillet and drain off any grease. Add the onions. Add the onions until there is absolutely no liquid. Remove from heat. Stir in the seasoning and mix well. Pour the meat mixture into a 2 quart casserole, adding all the other ingredients including the spinach. Mix very well. Cover. Cook in a preheated over to 350 degrees for 35 minutes. We have also used hamburger, sausage and the bacon/sausage with this for a different taste.
