Preheat oven to 350? Season beef with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper. Saut? peppers and onions in oil, use remaining salt and pepper. Add beef and slightly brown. Add pepperoni to sweat. Combine cream cheese, butter, worcestershire, salt and pepper until smooth. Spread beef/pepperoni/veggie mix in a 9?13" baking dish. Spread sauce over top. Cover with provolone.
