16 oz ground Turkey, 93% lean, cooked and crumbled...seasoned to taste
1 heaping cup + extra for topping Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Here is how you make Tater Tot Casserole II:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.In a bowl, mix together the mushroom soup, sour cream and cheese. Rinse and drain your canned corn and mushrooms and add to the soup mixture. After cooking our ground turkey and draining off the fat, add it into the mixture as well. I like to really season the turkey with onion and garlic powder, poultry seasoning and cracked pepper while I cook it, as I don't add much additional seasonings to the soup mixture.Spread out an even layer of frozen tater tots on the bottom of your baking dish. Top the tots with your soup and turkey mixture, spreading evenly. If desired, top with a few more frozen tater tots and shredded cheese.Cover with aluminum foil to keep the cheese from burning and bake for 30 minutes.
