Start boiling the noodles. While noodles, cook, melt butter in a saute pan. Cook onions, mushrooms and garlic until translucent. Add 4 more tbls of butter to pan. When butter is melted, whisk in flour. Cook just a bit then whisk in milk. Heat over low until thickened and bubbly. Add in noodles then mix in tuna, cheese, peas and seasoning. Pour 9x13 greased pan. Cover and bake for 15 minutes at 350.
