1 Tbsp. dry grated Parmesan Cheese (the shelf-stable kind)
4 oz. shredded Tillamook Vintage White Cheddar Cheese, divided

Here is how you make Skillet Tuna Noodle Casserole:

PLEASE NOTE: You don't need salmon, I just added it because it was what I had in the cupboard. You could certainly use another can of tuna.Makes 16 1-cup servingsBring a large pot of water to a boil.Position rack in the top third of oven and preheat broiler.Heat oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add onion, mushrooms and salt and cook, stirring often, until the onion is soft but has not browned, about 5 minutes. Increase the heat to medium high, add wine and cook until evaporated, 4 to 5 minutes. Add noodles to the boiling water and cook until tender, 6 to 8 minutes or as directed on package.Meanwhile, sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir. Add milk, half of the cheddar and seasonings. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring constantly.
