Here is how you make Tuna Mornay Casserole:

Makes 3 Servings1. Preheat over to 350 degrees2. Boil water and cook pasta3. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a small sauce pan.4. When butter is melted, stir in flour. 5. Add milk to pan, stirring to make sure there are no lumps.6. Stir constantly and bring to boil7. Once the sauce is boiling, add in half of the grated cheese. Mix until all is melted.8. Once cheese is melted add in frozen peas (can also add corn if you want). Stir.9. Drain tuna, then using a fork flake tuna into the sauce. Stir. Remove sauce from heat.10. When the pasta is ready, drain it and add to the sauce.11. Add entire mixture to a casserole dish, cover with remaining cheddar. Then sprinkle bread crumbs over the cheddar.12.
