1 bag~about 3 C of frozen veggies- broc., carrots, cauliflower
1 box 2% velveeta shells and cheese
3/4C skim milk
1/4C Kraft light done right zesty italian rf dressing
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 C rf shredded cheese
mustard to taste

Here is how you make zesty chzbrger mac casserole:

Preheat oven to 375. Place veggies in colander in sink. Cook macaroni as directed on pkg. Pour cooked macaroni over frozen veggies to drain and quickly thaw veggies.Return macaroni and veggies to same saucepan. Add cheese sauce, milk and dressing. Mix well. Add cooked meat and 1/2 C of the cheese, mix well. Spoon into casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake 35 min or until heated through. Uncover. Top with remaining cheese and back an additional 3-5 min until cheese is melted.This makes 5 - 1 1/4C servings.
