1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 1/4 c. reduced fat sour cream
1 t. dill
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Spray butter

Here is how you make Ham and zucchini casserole:

Saute onions, zucchini and garlic for 5 minutes in skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Remove from heat. Stir in ham, swiss, sour cream, dill, salt and pepper. Spoon into medium casserole dish. Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan together. Spread over top of casserole. Spritz with spray butter. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
