1/2 c almond milk
1/4 c nutritional yeast
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
2 c broccoli florets, bite-size
1 med green bell pepper, chopped
2 c small mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp vegan butter
pepper to taste
1 box (13.25 oz) whole wheat linguine

Here is how you make Cauliflower Linguine with Veggies:

1. Boil cauliflower 3-7 minutes, until fork-tender; drain well. At this time, also boil pasta, drain and return to pot. Set both aside.2. Saute 1/2 of the garlic, the broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, and red pepper flakes until the mushrooms are soft and most of the liquid is evaporated, about 10 minutes; set aside.3.
