2 8oz bags of low fat cheddar or colby (or 1 of each)

1/2 cup 2% milk (you can use 1% as well, but 2% was used for nutritional info)

1/4 tsp seasoned salt (optional, but included in nutritional info)

Here is how you make Lulu's Baked Mac and Cheese:

1. Boil pasta according to package directions2. Drain pasta and divide in half.3. Put 1/2 pasta in bottom of glass 9 X13 pan. 4. Put 1/2 the cheese on pasta. Spread evenly.5. Put the other 1/2 of the pasta on the cheese.6. Put the other 1/2 of the cheese on the pasta.7. Sprinkle with the seasoned salt if desired.8. Pour the milk evenly over the entire pan.9. Bake about 30 minutes at 375 degrees covered with foil.10. Remove foil and bake until slightly browned and a little crunchy around edges approximately 10-15 more minutes.11. Let stand about 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 6 (good size portions too!)Enjoy with a refreshing salad and/or fruit dish.This dish can be made in a variety of pan sizes and shapes.
