cook pasta and cauliflower until al dente. Drain and place in baking dish saute pepper in cooking spray. Add to baking dish.heat milk until simmeringmelt butter, add flour, cook 2 minutes until a thick paste forms. slowly add milk, simmer for 3 more minutes. Add brie and mozzerella to melt. Add nutmeg and marsala wine. Stir well.
