Brown ground beef, minced garlic, green onions and green pepper until meat is browned. Drain then add the spices, worchestershire sauce, tomato sauce and tomato paste. I add 1/2 c. water but you can add up to one cup - I just prefer mine not to be so liquidy. Continue to cook and stir til well combined. Place hot dogs, cut in half, flat side down in an 11 x 7 baking dish. Top with the sauce then cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serving Size:?4 servings of two hot dogs with the topping
