1-1/2 tbs flour
1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 pound of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
ground pepper and mustard powder to taste

Here is how you make Creamy Mac and Cheese:

1. In medium sized stock pot, Boil pasta to al dente.2. While boiling, combine sour cream, chicken bouillon, and milk in a medium bowl and microwave until hot and steamy. Watch carefully and don't let it boil.3. Drain pasta and set aside.4. Melt butter in empty pasta pot. Whisk flour into melted butter, then add the milk/sour cream mixture. Stir until thick and bubbly. About 4 to 6 minutes.5. Add mustard powder, black pepper and parmesan cheese. Stir until parm melts.6. Turn off heat, add cheddar. Stir until melted.7.
