This is a recipe my Grandmother used to make a long time ago when she worked for a Grocery/Department store in Arizona. Other than the chopping up of all the ingredients its super easy and fun to make with kids as they can put the toppings on their own tortilla.

Whole wheat tortillas(I have tried this with both plain white flour tortillas and whole wheat. It really doesn't make a difference in taste.)
Tomatoes(diced)
Black olives (sliced)
Bell Peppers (choose whichever colors you prefer!)
Onion (diced)
(whatever other veggies you prefer! If you want spicier then add chiles, jalepenos, etc)


How Do I Make Cheese Crisp?

Here is how you make Cheese Crisp:

Preheat oven to 350degrees1. Using a pastry brush, brush melted butter around tortilla. 2. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.3. Place whatever vegetables you would prefer. Tomatoes, bell peppers, olives tend to work well. 4.
