1 c uncooked Orzo pasta
3.5 oz herbed goat cheese
1 c yellow onion - diced
1/2 c roasted red peppers - diced
8 - 10 kalamata olives - quartered
1 T capers
1 T olive oil
salt for water - you don't really need to add salt anywhere else because the ingredients are all pretty salty
pepper to taste

Here is how you make Orzo with goat cheese:

Put water on to boil. While the water is heating chop up onion and sauté in the olive oil until they start to get transparent. Then add the olives and peppers and reduce heat so they don't burn. Once water is boiling, add the orzo and cook for about 5 min. The pasta will not be done at this time but it will finish when you add it to the sauté pan. When draining the pasta reserve the cooking water to add in the sauté pan later. Add pasta to the onion, pepper and olive sauté. Add about 1/2 cup of pasta water and the goat cheese. Stir to melt the cheese and add more pasta water if it gets too dry.
