Here is how you make Ham and Cheese Quiche:

Preheat oven to 375. Break up the bread on the bottom of a deep pie plate, meanwhile beat 4 eggs, and 1.5 cups of milk with salt, pepper and a dash of nutmeg and 1Tbsp of flour. Spread your broken up pieces of ham on top of the bread, and add any vegetables or other meat you would like to add (i.e. bacon, onions, peppers, mushrooms...) On top of this add your cheese, and then the egg mixture, bake in oven for 30-40 minutes until the middle is no longer runny.
