Here is how you make Keri's Macaroni And Cheese:

Start boiling the water for the noodles. While water is boiling, dice up the Velveeta into little blocks. In a separate sauce pan, add the milk and margarine keep on a consistent medium heat. After the margarine has melted add the Velveeta. You will need to continuously stir. (using wisk or spoon)Add noodles to boiling water while mixing the cheese sauce. When Velveeta has copletely melted, add the cheddar cheese and mix together. As soon as the noodles are done drain them. Put the noodles back in the pan and dump the cheese sauce on the noodles. Mix and Voila ready to eat. OPTIONAL: To bake: Set oven to 325 degrees, after doing everything above pour the mixed mac and cheese into an oven safe dish and bake for 25-30 min.
