Here is how you make Plant Based Nut-Free Macaroni and Cheese:

Cook macaroni per package directions, set aside.Cook your potato and carrots in 2 c. boiling water. When soft, add to your blender (SAVE THE COOKING WATER!). Add the lemon juice, olive oil, yeast flakes, spices and liquid smoke. Pour in 1 cup of the cooking water and blend on high speed. If needed, add more water little by little until the consistency of dreamy cheese sauce.
