Here is how you make Almond Parmesan Chicken:

Preheat oven to 375 and spray baking dish with non-stick spray. Slice each chicken breast (to make thinner); Put almonds in spice grinder (or equivalent) to make a "chunky" texture. Mix panko, almonds, parmesan cheese, onion & garlic powder, black pepper together in a large zip bag. Dip one piece of chicken at a time in egg substitute, let excess drip off; place in bag with mixture and shake. Carefully place in baking dish. After all chicken is in the baking dish, cover lightly with foil and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove foil and continue to bake until chicken is done.
