1 tbsp Parsley, dried
4 Al Fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Chicken Sausage Links, sliced
4 oz SHREDDED Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese

Here is how you make Oven Roasted Potatoes with Baby Brussel Sprouts and Apple Chicken Sausage:

Preheat oven to 425* FIn a 4qt or larger casserole dish toss in cubed potatoes, halved brussel sprouts & diced onion. Add 3 tbsp of olive oil and all the garlic, thyme, salt, pepper & parsley. Toss to coat everything evenly. Put in the oven.In a frying pan add the remaining olive oil and the sausage link slices. Fry over medium high heat until golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool on a plate with paper towels to absorb some of the grease.Remove the potatoes from the oven and stir in the link slices, return to the oven.Bake for 50 minutes stirring/turning every 15 to 20 minutes.
