2 onions, chopped
3 medium zucchini sliced 1/4-1/3inch thick
1 can (6 oz) whole black olives, drained and rinsed!
1 jar (14.75 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, reserve the fluid
1.5-2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half or thirds.
1.5 cups white white (chardonnay works well)
1/2 can chicken broth (low salt, fat free)
